By agreement of signature of this document, the property [REDACTED] is hereby ceded to the Empire, merging with the Adammic Imperial Province. The territory shall be governed by Emperor Adam I, and the house and gardens built on it shall remain to be the property of Kevin Belcher. In addition, Kevin Belcher shall automatically become a citizen of the Empire.
