Treaty of Annexation

The signatories of this document do hereby, in full knowledge, acknowledge and give consent to the terms as described. In complete legal accordance with the Seventeenth Imperial Decree of Emperor Adam I, this Treaty is given the force of law to annex new territory to the Empire of Adammia under the Supreme Directive, with the signature of the most glorious Adammic Imperial Majesty and the owner of the land under the law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The property of Myway, Church Street, Brotherton, North Yorkshire, UK is hereby annexed to the Empire of Adammia. All the land, buildings and water the property encompasses is declared to be territory of the Empire, from the entrance on Church Street to the boundary between North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire in the middle of the River Aire.

The territory annexed shall form the province of Myway. The province shall be part of the Region of East Adammia. His Grace Sir Reginald Hall SPM KOA, Archduke of East Adammia, is charged with the role of selecting a resident of the new province to be its Duke or Duchess, whom under the law of the Supreme Directive must be approved by the Monarch and by the Ruling Council at its next meeting. Furthermore, the province is to hold Local Elections two weeks from the signing of this Treaty, which shall elect the Councilor for the Province.
