By agreement of signature of this document, on the 24th April 2013, the property of 13 Plumpton Street shall be ceded to the Empire of Adammia, forming the province of Maternia. The governor of this province shall be His Imperial Highness Prince Jake, and the owner of the house built on the territory shall remain to be Jayne Belcher, who will also automatically become an Adammic citizen.
