It's not really a random quote. To randomize things, you should use the syntax:

<choose>
<option>Banana</option>
<option>Orange</option>
<option>Pear</option>
</choose>

Which should give you random options. Sometimes it gets stuck at one thing for some reason, and then neither cache clearing nor purging really helps. Dunno what to do.

For testing, I implemented the code here:

<choose> <option>Banana</option> <option>Orange</option> <option>Pear</option> </choose>

Please make file uploads possible again

I am trying to upload a flag file but uploads are disabled.

Shouldn't the page be locked from public editing?
