Act 14
This Act of Council hereby establishes the official system of the regulation and organisation of sporting activities that are held within or on behalf of the Empire of Adammia.
Section 1
- a) The Ministry of Culture is the government department responsible for sport.
- b) The Ministry of Culture is to oversee a system of sport associations. A sport association is responsible for regulating and organising any one particular sport. A sport association may be created by the Ministry of Culture or by another party, with the approval of the Ministry of Culture.
- c) A sport association registers all official participants of that sport in the Empire, within teams or otherwise. Only participants recognised by the sport association may represent the Empire of Adammia in international sport events.
- d) A sport association may belong to an intermicronational sport federation, and take part in events organised by the federation, representing the Empire of Adammia.
- e) A sport association may allow sport events involving foreign competitors, if it so wishes.
- f) With Imperial Decree XVI of HIM Emperor Adam I declaring motor racing the national sport of the Empire of Adammia, it is mandated that an Adammic Motor Racing Association must exist at all times.
- g) The Adammic Motor Racing Association shall have a President as its leader, who shall serve terms of 2 years. The first President shall be appointed by the Minister of Culture. After this, elections will be held internally amongst the members of the Association.
