The Sixth 'T-olhomuwal is the Sixith Imperial Decree and second signed by Jamie Birch of the Misberian Confederacy. It was signed on 32nd of Pamola 528 or otherwise known as the 21st of January, 2021. It declares the removal of special treatment of Hrafnarfjall and the Bainbridges.

Disgnates By the power of the Madakawando Sakom to recognize the following changes and updates to the Misberian nation,

1. Misberia requests the following treaties to be declared withdrawn and void,
2. Second Treaty of North Misberia,
3. Misberia wishes to gain full control over the Carey Islands, ending Condominium.
4. MT3 Treaty with Hrafnarfjall,
5. Misberia wishes to end the treaty of sharing information between nations, in regards to national, community and other information.

Hrafnarfjall is to lose its Sister Nation status within Misberian diplomacy.

1. Any mutual joint army operations are to be ceased.
2. Treaty of HAAM and Mutual Recognition Treaty are to remain intact and unchanged.

Both Archie and Thomas are to cease being members of each other’s governments and armed forces.

1. This includes land claimancy, resulting in Little Bad Falls being returned to the United States and all titles related to this land being ceased of use by Archie and Hrafnarfjall.
2. Laura Bainbridge is to be stripped of all honors and titles in Misberia and citizenship.
3. Archie is to respect the choice if a retaliatory action is taken resulting in his own citizenship and honors removed in Hrafnarfjall.
4. Thomas Bainbridge is to be stripped of his Maria’s Legacy honor and Laura is to be removed from the NSOM.

Should any attacks or smears be done upon Misberia or her leadership, Thomas Bainbridge will be stripped of all honors, citizenship and Hrafnarfjall will lose all ties to Misberia resulting in Misberia pulling from the Treaty of Tolowa.
