To Establish Regulations for Reconizing and Becoming Allied to Other Nations

The Royal reformed King Wilary the First Decree Number Three is the third Royal reformed Decree signed by His Excellency King Wilary the First of the Royal reformed States of America. It was signed on March 20, 2010. It establishes the regulations for diplomatic relations with other nations.

Reasons for Royal reformed King Wilary the First Decree

  1. Noting the need to engage in diplomatic relations with other nations,
  2. Noting that not every nation has the same ideas as the Royal reformed States of America,
  3. Noting that some nations may not have the Royal reformed States of America's standards,
  4. Noting that some nations should not have diplomatic ties to the Royal reformed States of America,
  5. Noting the need to recognize fellow members of organizations and alliances,

Therefore...

  1. Decides to establish regulations for recognizing other nations,
    1. All recognized nations must have proof of having existed for one month,
    2. All recognized nations must not violate the Rights of People,
      1. If a nation does violate the Rights of People, the violations must be presented, and it will be determind wheather this should prohibit relations with that nation,
    3. All recognized nations must be diplomatic, but may be informal,
    4. All recognized nations must not be considered a threat to humanity or the Royal reformed States of America,
    5. All recognized nations are requested to present any or all sorces of information for their country,
    6. If any change may or has occurred in any recognized nation that may no longer follow any of these requirements, the Royal reformed Department of Foreign Relations must be notified,
  2. Decides to establish regulations for becoming allied to other nations,
    1. All allied nations must meet the requirements for becoming a recognized nation,
    2. All allied nations must either:
      1. Have an agreed upon treaty with the Royal reformed States of America that states the nation's becoming an allied nation with the Royal reformed States of America AND/OR:
      2. Be in an official alliance with the Royal reformed States of America,
  3. Agrees that the Royal reformed States of America recognizes all members of any organization or alliance that the Royal reformed States of America is currently a member of,
    1. This is only exempt if another member nation is considered to be a threat to the well-being of humanity or the Royal reformed States of America.
