Reason for Decree	To Agree on the Terms of the Alliance Between the RrSA and Iego

The Royal reformed King Wilary the First Decree Number Eight is the eighth Royal reformed Decree signed by His Excellency King Wilary the First of the Royal reformed States of America. It was signed on April 15, 2010. It declares the RrSA's agreement to the alliance terms between the RrSA and the Colony of Iego.

Reasons for Royal reformed King Wilary the First Decree

1. Noting the Royal reformed States of America's want for relations with other nations,
2. Noting the Royal reformed States of America's request for a mutual defence alliance with the Colony of Iego,
3. Noting the Colony of Iego's agreement to the terms of the mutual defence alliance,
4. Noting the colony of Iego's qualification of the terms of the Royal reformed King Wilary the First Decree Number Three,

Therefore...

1. Decides to be entered in a mutual defence alliance with the Colony of Iego,
2. Argees that the terms be as follows:
   1. The Royal reformed States of America will militarily assist the Colony of Iego in the occurrence of an attack against the Colony of Iego,
      1. This shall only be exempt in the case that a member of the Aegis Alliance attacks the Colony of Iego,
   2. The Colony of Iego will militarily assist the Royal reformed States of America in the occurrence of an attack against the Royal reformed States of America,
   3. Both the Colony of Iego and the Royal reformed States of America shall decided whether to militarily assist each other in the event either attack a third party,
      1. The Royal reformed States of America will not assist the Colony of Iego in an attack against any member of the Aegis Alliance,
