On the 31st of July 2015 the autonomous Republic of Koss which is apart of St. Charlie will declare independence from St. Charlie if nothing is done. This act would have the Empire of Adammia recognize the newly independent republic.
Section 1
- a) On the condition that the Republic of Koss declares independence from the Federal Republic of St. Charlie, the Empire of Adammia hereby recognises the Republic of Koss as a legitimate sovereign state.
