Significance Quarters one and four represent the Kingdom of Baustralia, the fish being the national symbol of Baustralia. Quarter two represents the Colony of Ostreum, the rial being the symbol of the previous state of Tentacion. Quarter three represents the Colony of Wangatangia. These three states are the foundation of the Baustralian Empire.
