Political Party Amendment 2019

In order for a political party to be created, it must follow these standards:
a. Have two or more members at date of creation, who not already members of two or more political parties
b. Neither of the founders may be the leader of another political party
c. Have two or more members, both of which citizens
d. Have one prime minister candidate.

One can not be the leader of multiple political parties, and one may not be a member of more than two political parties. Political parties may merge with one political party per election cycle.
