The Question of Vice Secretary-General
The Council,
Noting the amount of work the Secretary-General must do,
Noting the other positions and jobs the Secretary-General may need to do outside of the Organisation of Active Micronations,
Noting the hardships for the Secretary-General to complete all of these tasks,
Noting the need to keep the organization running smoothly,
Noting the need for te [sic] Secretary-General to have assistance running the Organisation of Active Micronations,
1.Decides to create the position of Vice Secretary,
2.Decides to declare the jobs of the Vice Secretary being to:
- a. Assist the Secretary-General in running the Organisation of Active Micronations,
- b. Keep resolutions running on time,
- c. Keep the Organisation of Active Micronations's [sic] Microwiki article and website up to date,
- d. Take the position of Secretary-General when the current Secretary-General is away, is unable to do his or her job, or resigns,
3.Decides to have the voting process for the Vice Secretary be the same as the voting process for the Secretary-General,
4.Decides to ammend [sic] the Organisation of Active Micronations's [sic] charter to include this new position in the Organisation of Active Micronations's leadership,
5.Decides to have the voting for the first Vice Secretary begin as soon as this resolution is adopted.
