The Question of Climate Change
The Council; Proposing that the OAM introduces strict environmental legislation.
Also proposing that the legislation should mandate emission cuts of 70% by 2016, and 95% by 2020 for all signatory micronations.
Suggesting that TEQs should be an integral part of said legislation.
Noting that new research supports drastic cuts in emissions by 2020.
Further Noting that it is in the interests of all micronations to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
