The Question of Peacekeeping
The Council:
Recognising that lethal weapons on peacekeeping missions would hurt our image;
Knowing that this would only hurt civilians:
Acknowledging that the affected nations would not take this as a sign of goodwill;
1. Decides that no lethal weaponry should be brought on a peacekeeping mission:
2. Condemns all nations who do so;
3. Determines to remain seized of the matter.
