The Question of Human Rights
The Council,
Acknowledging the fact that every Human being has certain rights,
Realising that it has yet to ensure enforcement of these rights amongst OAM members,
1. Decides to ratify the OAM Declaration of Human Rights and make its enforcement compulsory in OAM member states.
