Naming Act 2019 A name must be between the length of 2 and 299 characters – including spaces.

The Naming Registry shall be responsible for enforcing these naming rules.

A name may not contain pictograms (such as emojis, hieroglyphs, ideograms, etc.), a name may not contain two or more spaces next to each other, a name may not contain currency symbols ($, £, ﷼, ₽, ₹, ₩, €, $, ¢, ¥, ŁN, ℕ, ₠, ₰, ₡, ₱, ₢, ₲, ₣, ₳, ₤, ₴, ₥, ₦, ₶, ₧, ₷, ₸, ₪, ₺, ₫, ₻, ₼, ₭, ₽, ₮, ₾, ₯, ₿, any other currency symbols not listed may be rejected by the Naming Registry), a name may not contain combinations of letters or other text symbols to form emotions (i.e. (-:, :D), exclusively using letters shall be permitted (i.e. Uwu), a name may not contain numerals, a name may not be impossible to pronounce, a name may not contain false styles or titles, a name may not be God, Satan, or Devil, and a name may not be an English or New Eiffelian obscenity.

This act will be put into force on this day, 20 November 2019, MMXIX, 234, 15nov, 5 Castle 74 AE, ༃ᎃ28.
