Meritocratic Ratings Act (2013)

The following is the full text of the law that adapted the Gishabruni meritocratic rating system for use in Renasia. It became law on April 5 2013.

Article 1

All Renasian citizens shall be rated according to their contributions to the Free State of Renasia and its predecessors (herein defined as any members of historical legacies of states that were formally incorporated into Renasia) by the Chancellery of Renasia.

Article 2

Points are added for positive contributions, points are removed for negative contributions, from a common starting point of 0. Points are assigned in the same amount to any people that have contributed the same thing or action.

Article 3

Once every year, The ratings of all citizens shall be halved (rounding down if the result is not an integer) and the eqivalent [sic] of the remaining rating of each person in Pecunes (with each pecune being equal to 5 points) shall be distributed to said person.
