LET IT BE DECREED that the Essian state, to be known as the Confederation of Esse, be instituted as an independent state for the transitionary period of now until the Treaty of Union with Uberquiesenberg, and let its government be considered to be in the form it was by the 2018 Constitution - with the exception of the "Heaminister" to be referred to as the "Governor", and the state to be referred to as "Confederation" rather than "Commonwealth" - until such a time as a new structure may be created for the government. Let James Frisch be appointed the inaugural Governor of said Confederation.
