Enactment clause, short and long titles

Be it enacted by the Grand Forum of All Citizens, as follows—

Proposition 004-006, Würtige Communities Act 2021

An Act to make provision in connection with the enlargement of the Würtige Empire to include Our Serene Republic.

Section A: Representation in the Imperial Council

1. In accordance with P004-004, there is to be an Ambassador to the Würtige Empire (henceforth ‘the Ambassador’) who is to represent Our Serene Republic in the Würtige Imperial Council.
2. Should the Imperial Council pass a Compact, Treaty, or Recommendation, the Ambassador may choose within 24 hours of its passage to consent to it on behalf of Our Serene Republic.

Section B: Incorporation of Würtige legislation

1. The Grand Forum may choose to grant or revoke consent to any Compact, Treaty, or Recommendation.
2. Any Compact, Treaty, or Recommendation, is to be equal in status to decisions of the Grand Forum as primary legislation.

Section C: Amendments to the Ballot Act 2018

1. R000-001 Chapter I, Section A, Article 1 is to have a new list item inserted following list item (e), as follows:
   “Würtige legislation, denoted W, motion to grant or revoke consent from a Compact, Treaty, or Recommendation, in accordance with T004-005;”
   The following list items are to be renumbered accordingly.
2. I.E is to have a new article inserted following article 2, as follows:
   “Würtige legislation is to be known as “Consent motion for [X]”, where [X] is the formal name given to the legislation by the Imperial Council.”
