Enactment clause, short and long titles

Be it enacted by the Grand Forum of All Citizens, as follows—

Proposition 002-018, National Symbols Act 2020

An Act to formalise the national symbols of Our Serene Republic.

Section A: List of national symbols

  1. The flag of Our Serene Republic is to be a vertical triband, with the outer bands each being five-sixteenths of the width of the flag coloured black, with the central band in white, charged with a torch.
  2. The coat of arms of Our Serene Republic is to be Sable, a swan proper, and on a chief Argent, a flame Gules; for a crest, a liberty pole.
  3. The motto of Our Serene Republic is to be “Eternal greatness”.
  4. The national animal of Our Serene Republic is to be the mute swan.
  5. The national beverage of Our Serene Republic is to be dandelion and burdock.
  6. The national dance of Our Serene Republic is to be the nae nae.
