Act 41
This Act of Council reorganises the structure of the Imperial Government by merging several government departments.
Section 1
- a) The Ministry of Citizenship and the Ministry of Information shall be merged to form a new government department known as the Ministry of Citizenship and Information.
- b) The Ministry of Citizenship and the Ministry of Information shall cease to exist as individual bodies, and their combined resources and responsibilities shall be given to the Ministry of Citizenship and Information.
- c) The Imperial Archive, the Imperial Institute of History, the Imperial Institute of Geography and the Imperial Statistics Office shall be placed under the control of the Ministry of Citizenship and Information.
Section 2
- a) The Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Infrastructure shall be merged to form a new government department known as the Ministry of National Development.
- b) The Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Infrastructure shall cease to exist as individual bodies, and their combined resources and responsibilities shall be given to the Ministry of National Development.
- c) The National Gallery, the Adammic Imperial Space Agency, the Adammic Weather Office, the Transport Network Agency and the National Communications Agency shall be placed under the control of the Ministry of National Development.
- d) Ownership of the Adammic Express, Adammic Online Broadcasting and Imperial Mail shall be transferred to the Ministry of National Development.
