Petition for a vote of no confidence

We, the undersigned, on the basis of the following statement issued by Sir Simon White of New Virginia, Chair of the Grand Unified Micronational:

"The Vice-chair is openly absent and confirmed he will not participate in the administration"

Are resolved that we have no further confidence in the Vice Chair of the Grand Unified Micronational, James Bornstein of the Desert District, to discharge the duties of his office, and formally request an extraordinary session of Quorum under the provisions of Chapter 9, Article 2(1) of the Charter.
