Foundation Day Act 2014

This Act of Council hereby establishes Foundation Day as a national holiday of the Empire of Adammia, and sets in place the framework for the celebration of this event.

Section 1

• a) In recognition of Article XIII (5) of the Supreme Directive, which declared the 13th of April 2013 as the official foundation date of the Empire of Adammia, the 13th of April of every year henceforth from the passing of this Act shall be known as Foundation Day.
• b) Foundation Day is a National Holiday. No compulsory work shall take place on this day. The Ruling Council, through this Act, endorses the holding of celebrations on Foundation Day in recognition of it being the anniversary of the Empire's founding.
• c) Official celebrations may be organised by the Ministry of Culture on behalf of the National Government. The Ministry of Culture may for this purpose form a committee, which shall be comprised of any individuals who may have a role in the organisation of the Foundation Day celebrations. To this end, this committee shall act as a liaison between the Ministry of Culture and any other government departments, institutes, local governments or otherwise that may be involved.
