The Fifth 'T-olhomuwal is the fifth Imperial Decree and first signed by Jamie Birch of the Misberian Confederacy. It was signed on 22nd of Pamola 528 or otherwise known as the 11th of January, 2021. It declares the designation of a regnal name for the Madakawando Sakom and the ratifications of multiple legal changes for the Misberian nation.

  1. Decides The Regnal Name for His Imperial Majesty, The Madakawando Sakom Jamie Birch shall hereby referred to as Jamie Masqemus the First of The Misberian Confederacy while representing the nation and its culture in a formal setting.
  2. Disgnates By the power of the Madakawando Sakom to recognize the following changes and updates to the Misberian nation,
    1. The Sixth Constitution of the Misberian nation be ratified on this day and be put into action the 18th of January 2021.
    2. The towns of, North Augusta, New Deering, Penobscot, East Pond and Astrolatia are to be recognized as founded and held towns for the Misberian nation.
    3. The Core of Misberia located in Maine, New Hampshire and Nova Scotia which made up the region of the Polaris Confederacy is to be dissolved and the towns in these regions are to be made their own with no higher regions above them. All ceremonial or memorial claims are to be held and protected by those who take the responsibility who are located in Greater Songo.
    4. What has been done to the Polaris Confederacy shall be done to all regions within Misberia by the end of May 2021.
