Act 42
This Act of Council overhauls the whole territorial structure of the Empire of Adammia so as to allow for the transition of central government from the old Yorkshire provinces to newer provinces in the city of Birmingham.
Section 1
- a) The Provinces of Tytannia, Maternia, Primoria and Watertopia are to be merged into a Province known as Greater Tytannia. The Duke of Greater Tytannia shall be His Imperial Highness Prince Jake. The titles of Duke of Tytannia, Duke of Maternia, Duke of Primoria and Duke of Watertopia shall be abolished.
- b) The territory formerly covered by the Province of Tytannia shall be known as the County of Tytannia. The Countess of Tytannia shall be Her Imperial Highness Emperor Mother Jayne.
- c) The territory formerly covered by the Province of Maternia shall be known as the County of Maternia. The Count of Maternia shall be His Grace Sir Paul McKenna.
- d) The territory formerly covered by the Province of Primoria shall be known as the County of Primoria. The Count of Primoria shall be His Imperial Highness Prince Jake.
- e) The territory formerly covered by the Province of Watertopia shall be known as the County of Watertopia. The Countess of Watertopia shall be Her Grace Madam Julie Foster.
- f) The Counties of Tytannia Major and Sapientia shall be abolished. The County of Tytannia Ulterior shall be downgraded to the status of Barony. The Barony of the Sapientia Lowlands shall be renamed the Barony of Sapientia.
- g) Sir Matthew Foster shall be granted the title of Lord Mayor of Attenborough.
- h) The Province of Myway shall be downgraded to the status of Colony. His Grace Sir Christopher Hall shall continue to hold the title of Duke of Myway in the capacity of the governor of this colony, and this title shall be held by him and his descendants for all time to come.
Section 2
- a) Alluria shall no longer exist as a Colony. The part of Alluria known as North Alluria shall become the Province of Alluria, and the part of Alluria known as South Alluria shall become the Province of Serkatia. The Duke of Alluria shall be General Sir Luca Panconi who shall hold the style of His Grace. The Duke of Serkatia shall be Sir Alex Helliker who shall hold the style of His Grace. The titles of Count of North Alluria and Count of South Alluria shall be abolished.
- b) The Colony of Paternia shall be upgraded to the status of Province. The Duchess of Paternia shall be Admiral Emily Simpson who shall hold the style of Her Grace.
Section 3
- a) The Regions of West Adammia and East Adammia, the titles of Archduke / Archduchess of the same, shall be abolished.
- b) The Region of North Adammia shall be created, consisting of the Province of Greater Tytannia, the Colony of Myway, the Jagstonian Plains, El Grandens and Kappania. The Archduke of North Adammia shall be His Grace Sir Reginald Hall.
- c) The Region of South Adammia shall be created, consisting of the Province of Alluria, the Province of Serkatia and the Province of Paternia. The Archduke of South Adammia shall be His Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam I.
Section 4
- a) The Imperial Institute of History is hereby instructed to define the time period from the 13th of April 2013 to the 28th of October 2017 as the First Era, and the time period lasting indefinitely from the 28th of October 2017 as the Second Era.
