Decree XXX
Diplomacy and Mohawk LeadershipWe, the occupant of this Office, do hereby issue the following Decree, enacting updates to the list of states recognised as sovereign by the Empire of Adammia, returning the leadership of the Mohawk nation to its rightful owners, establishing new holidays, and more.
Noting the many changes to the membership of the Grand Unified Micronational and to the levels of activity in the states that the Empire recognises, We hereby, acting in accordance with the provisions of Our Imperial Decree XIII (Diplomatic Recognition), withdraw our recognition of: the Federated Republics of Eragia, and the Democratic People's Republic of Yurtyzstan; these shall no longer be considered sovereign micronations. We also hereby grant diplomatic recognition to: the Reylan Imperial Triumvirate, the Independent Province of Mancunia, the Grand Duchy of Natal, the Republic of Suntrain, and the Commonwealth of Vyktory; these shall now be considered sovereign micronations.
Noting that, during the era of the micronation of DEONQED, the office of Leader of the Mohawk Nation was merged with that of the office of Emperor of DEONQED; that when Our Imperial Majesty assumed the office of Emperor of DEONQED and promptly reformed it as the office of Emperor of Borealia, We in turn became Leader of the Mohawk Nation; and that We see it fit that the surviving members of the Mohawk Nation, those being citizens of Borealia, should be free to lead themselves, We hereby declare the following: that We fully renounce the title of Leader of the Mohawk Nation, and that this office shall no longer be considered merged with that of the Emperor of Borealia and by extension the Monarchy of Adammia. The office shall instead be handled by the Mohawk Nation itself, through its members, and they have full authority to do with it as they wish, even if it may contradict the terms of this Decree.
We hereby enact the establishment of two new national holidays: these being the Winter Solstice, celebrated annually on the 21st of December, and the Summer Solstice, celebrated annually on the 21st of June.
We decree that the National Communications Agency shall classify all communications channels which broadcast material depicting human biological interpersonal activities which could directly lead to conception with a rating equivalent to the Roman numeral of this Decree.
This, the thirtieth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam the First, is decreed at Primoria on the eleventh day of December, two-thousand and fourteenth year of the Common Era and the second year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
