Decree XXXVI
Hallowe'enWe, the Adammic Imperial Majesty, do hereby issue the following Decree, making Hallowe'en an official holiday in the Empire of Adammia.
The 31st of October of every year shall henceforth be a public holiday known as Hallowe'en. There shall be no obligation to carry out non-essential work on this day. We encourage all citizens to celebrate the occasion with regards to its cultural significance, and permit the various bodies of government to do likewise.
This, the thirty-sixth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam the First, is decreed at Primoria on the thirtieth day of October, two-thousand and fifteenth year of the Common Era and the third year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
