KappaniaWe, the Adammic Imperial Majesty, do hereby issue the following Decree, establishing the Territory of Kappania.
Noting that the residence of Private Euan Carey can be suitably controlled by Our 2nd Infantry Regiment, We hereby declare that the aforementioned residence shall henceforth be part of the Empire of Adammia as the Territory of Kappania. The administration of Kappania shall be the responsibility of Euan Carey who shall hold in this capacity the title of Lord and the style of Lord.
This, the thirty-eighth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam the First, is decreed at Primoria on the thirtieth day of January, two-thousand and sixteenth year of the Common Era and the fourth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
