Decree XXXIII Adam I
Office of the Emperor
Decree XXXIII
Imperial Warrants of AppointmentWe, the Adammic Imperial Majesty, do hereby issue the following Decree, creating a system by which Our official suppliers of goods and services can be formally recognised as such through an Imperial Warrant of Appointment.
It is henceforth declared that any company, private, public, government-owned or otherwise, which has supplied goods or services to the Monarch or to the Imperial Family may be granted an Imperial Warrant of Appointment. The Imperial Warrant of Appointment is issued by the Monarch at Our executive command, and can also be revoked at any time in the same way. An Imperial Warrant of Appointment can either be to the Monarch or to the Imperial Family. It permits the appointed company to advertise with the statement “By appointment to (H.I.M. the Emperor/Empress of Adammia)/(the Imperial Family of Adammia), (Description of company in relation to goods/services they supply), (Name of Company), (Location of Company Headquarters),” along with the Adammic Coat of Arms. A company is granted the Imperial Warrant of Appointment by the Monarch when it is listed by the Office of the Emperor/Empress as such. Any company which falsely claims to have an Imperial Warrant of Appointment despite never having had one is committing an act of fraud and may be fined up to £30. Companies which formerly held the Imperial Warrant of Appointment must change any advertising relating to their Warrant to state that it was formerly held, or remove it entirely, within one year of the revocation of their Warrant, or they too will be committing an act of fraud and may be fined up to £15.
This, the thirty-third Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam the First, is decreed at Primoria on the seventh day of April, two-thousand and fifteenth year of the Common Era and the third year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
