Decree XXVII
BorealiaWe, the occupant of this Office, do hereby issue the following Decree incorporating Our new realm of the Democratic Empire of North Queen Elizabeth Drive as territory of the Empire of Adammia.
We affirm that, on the 15th of July 2014, the populace of the micronation known as the Democratic Empire of North Queen Elizabeth Drive (DEONQED) elected We the Adammic Imperial Majesty as their Emperor and Head of State, a position that we immediately assumed, leading to the Empire of Adammia and DEONQED being in personal union from that date.
We now hereby declare, by our right both as Emperor of Adammia and Emperor of DEONQED, that DEONQED shall become a Territorial Claim of the Empire of Adammia. It shall be renamed in this regard to Borealia, or alternatively the Territory of Borealia.
We declare that Borealia shall be governed as follows: that Our Imperial Majesty, occupant of this Office, shall be the source of all authority in Borealia, and shall adopt in this regard the title of Emperor of Borealia. The existing military personnel of the territory shall be merged with the Adammic Army, as a unit which shall be led by a General, who we appoint as Will McCracken. The General of Borealia is responsible for enacting Our orders, and shall act as a second-in-command of the territory. To this end, Borealia shall be considered under military administration.
This, the twenty-seventh Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam the First, is decreed at Primoria on the twenty-second day of July, two-thousand and fourteenth year of the Common Era and the second year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
