We, the occupant of this Office, do hereby issue the following Decree appointing new nobles to the Ruling Council to allow for the better representation of our Provinces.

We declare that HIH Prince Jake shall replace HIH Crown Prince Daniel as Duke of Primoria Province; We also declare that Sir Paul McKenna shall replace HIH Prince Jake as Duke of Maternia Province.

This, the twenty-eighth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam the First, is decreed at Primoria on the thirty-first day of July, two-thousand and fourteenth year of the Common Era and the second year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
