Decree XV
This Imperial Decree represents the State's acknowledgement and observation of the “niftyday” of Topin Wagglegammon, originating in the Aerican Empire.
Today, the 26th day of October, has been celebrated since 1998 as Topin Wagglegammon in the Aerican Empire and numerous other micronations. It is a celebration of “silliness, eccentricity and fun”, and is often used to celebrate the eccentric spirit of micronationalism. The Empire of Adammia hereby observes this event. This is not a national holiday and work shall continue as normal. However, the Office of the Emperor shall mark the occasion within this Imperial Decree by enacting the following eccentric laws:
- -It is illegal to bring a giraffe over any north facing border between Adammia and the UK.
- -All citizens of the Empire must be born in the Virgo Supercluster.
- -All golf buggies in Adammia must be driven backwards.
- -It is illegal to possess more than 10 grams of antimatter.
- -It is illegal to eat an Ethernet cable.
- -It is illegal to play the manuals on any organ with a thermometer.
This, the Fifteenth Imperial Decree of the Imperator Adammiae I, Our Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam the first, is signed into immediate effect in the Adammic Imperial Province on today, the twenty-sixth day of October of the two-thousand and thirteenth year of the Common Era, day CXCVII of our reign.
