Decree XLV
ColoniesUPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING the intent of Colonel Sir Will McCracken to establish a new Colony of the Empire, FURTHER NOTING the desire of the former Colony of Adammic Columbia to rejoin the Empire, FURTHER NOTING the the fact that Flat 53 of Our Imperial Majesty's university accommodation is inhabited by residents the majority of whom are now Adammic citizens,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
We hereby declare that, due to its successful occupation by the 3rd Infantry Regiment, the quarters of Colonel Sir Will McCracken at Loughborough in the County of Leicester shall henceforth be claimed as territory of the Empire of Adammia, and shall form the Colony of Midgard. We declare that Colonel Sir Will McCracken shall be appointed Governor of the Colony of Midgard, and that this position shall be held by he and his descendants for all time to come until We the occupant of this Office declare otherwise.
We hereby declare that Imperial Decree XLII shall be amended such that the paragraph which ceded the former Colony of Adammic Columbia to the Holy Roman Empire will be considered null and void; the Colony of Adammic Columbia shall once more be considered Adammic territory and a functional Colony of Adammia, and the Empire shall not recognise any further claims by the Holy Roman Empire to the aforementioned territory. Sir Grant Hawkins shall be appointed Governor of Adammic Columbia and shall hold in this capacity the style of Lord, and this position shall be held by he and his descendants for all time to come until We the occupant of this Office declare otherwise.
We hereby affirm that the executive decision undertaken by Our Imperial Majesty on the fourth day of November of this year to expand the Colony of Alluria was valid under the terms of Imperial Decree XLIII, and hence the Colony of Alluria now encompasses rooms D, E, F and G, the hallway and the kitchen of Flat 53 of Our Imperial Majesty's university accommodation.
This, the forty-fifth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor of State, Grand Admiral etcetera, is decreed at the Colony of Alluria on this the fourteenth day of November, two-thousand and sixteenth year of the Common Era and the fourth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
