Decree XLVI
Inactivity MeasuresUPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that Our Imperial Majesty has in recent times had limited time and motivation to effectively administer the Empire in its present form,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
We hereby declare that the Colonial Council Act 2015 is to be declared null and void in its entirety, and that the Colonial Council shall hence be disestablished. We hereby declare that the Principality of Burghlia is to be dissolved, and its territory is to be ceded to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; the title of Princess and the style of Her Highness is to be revoked from Madam Becky Spencer-Smith. We declare that the Colonies of Dearneland, El Grandens, Midgard and Kappania are to be lowered to the status of Territories; the former Governors of these Colonies are to keep the titles and styles they held in their capacities as Governors and they shall continue to administer their respective Territories.
We hereby instruct the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to request that the Empire of Adammia's membership of the Grand Unified Micronational be lowered to observership status, once the vote on an amendment to the Charter which is proceeding at the time of signing has concluded.
This, the forty-sixth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor of State, Grand Admiral etcetera, is decreed at the Colony of Alluria on this the fifteenth day of March, two-thousand and seventeenth year of the Common Era and the fifth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
