Colonies and TerritoriesUPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that the residents of the Colony of Adammic Columbia wish to withdraw from the Empire of Adammia,
FURTHER NOTING the arrangements for the establishment of a naval base on the south coast of England,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
The Colony of Adammic Columbia is hereby dissolved. All territory claimed as part of Adammic Columbia is ceded from the Empire of Adammia to the United States of America. The title of Governor of Adammic Columbia and the style of Lord held by Sir Grant Hawkins is hereby revoked.
The Territory of Pererria is hereby established. This Territory is to encompass the area occupied by the 1st Imperial Fleet which has been commissioned by Our Imperial Majesty in our capacity as Grand Marshal as Pererria Naval Base. Admiral Emily Simpson is hereby appointed Governor of Pererria and is to be responsible for the administration of the Territory of Pererria in Our Imperial Majesty's name.
This, the forty-ninth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor of State, Grand Admiral etcetera, is decreed at Alluria on this the twentieth day of June, two-thousand and seventeenth year of the Common Era and the fifth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
