Decree XLIII
AlluriaWe, the Adammic Imperial Majesty, do hereby issue the following Decree, claiming Our residence in Edgbaston as a Colony of the Empire of Adammia.
We hereby declare that rooms E and F of Flat 53 at the residence of Our Imperial Majesty in Edgbaston, Birmingham, United Kingdom shall henceforth be territory of the Empire of Adammia, with the consent of their occupants and with appropriate military force applied. The aforementioned territory shall form a Colony of the Empire known as the Colony of Alluria. The governor of this Colony shall provisionally be Our Imperial Majesty and the Colony shall be free to determine the means of governance by which future governors will be appointed or elected.
We hereby declare that the Colony of Alluria shall, upon the executive orders of Our Imperial Majesty, be able to expand its territory to include any of Flats 53, 54 and 51 of Our Imperial Majesty's aforementioned residence.
This, the forty-third Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor of State, Grand Admiral etcetera, is decreed at Edgbaston in the County of Warwick on this the eighth day of August, two-thousand and sixteenth year of the Common Era and the fourth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
