Decree XI
This Imperial Decree hereby reforms the Military of Adammia to allow for easier management of the entity as the Empire expands.
All internal management of the Military of Adammia hereby falls to the Office of the Emperor until a suitable entity is created by the Ruling Council within the National Government. The structure set out in Decree I is hereby nullified. The Military shall now have the power to occupy macronational land, as long as it does not raise macronational legal issues. This shall be to enforce Adammic claims over new land.
The Military subdivisions are hereby organised as follows: The Military is led by the Supreme Commander, who is automatically the Monarch. The Adammic Army, intended for ground operations, shall be led by the Field Marshall; The Adammic Navy, intended for maritime operations, shall be led by the Grand Admiral; the Adammic Air Force, intended for aerial operations, shall be led by the Air Chief Marshall.
