Decree LXX Adam I
UPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that the Territory of Pererria is no longer needed, and further noting that Our most loyal subject Lady Emily Simpson has been so gracious as to offer the Empire territory at her new residence in the City of Cardiff,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
The Territory of Pererria is hereby disestablished, and the land formerly comprising it is hereby ceded to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The title of Duchess of Pererria is revoked from Lady Emily Simpson.
The Colony of Llanadda is hereby established, and shall comprise the current residence of Lady Emily Simpson and Sir Sebastian Bench, and the grass areas immediately surrounding the said residence, which is claimed as territory of the Empire of Adammia. Lady Emily Simpson is hereby appointed to govern the said colony, holding all the rights and responsibilities of the governor of an Adammic colony under law, and shall hold in this regard the title of Duchess of Llanadda and the style of Her Grace, which shall be held by she and her descendants for all time to come until We the occupant of this Office declare otherwise.
This, the seventieth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Earl of Carew, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor, Grand Admiral et cetera, is decreed at Varwall in the Province of Serkatia, on this the first day of March of the two-thousand and twentieth year of the Common Era and the eighth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
