Decree LXXV Adam I
UPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that new land has come available to us;
BE IT DECREED as follows:
The new residence of Our Imperial Majesty, located at Kirkstall in Leeds, is hereby claimed as sovereign Adammic territory, which shall constitute the new Colony of Lagentia. We hereby appoint Ourselves as the Governor of the said Colony. Lagentia shall be part of North Adammia.
This, the seventy-fifth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Earl of Carew, Lord Chancellor, Grand Admiral et cetera, is decreed at Kirkstall in the West Riding of the County of York, on this the fifteenth day of November of the two-thousand and twentieth year of the Common Era and the eighth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
