Decree LXXII Adam I
UPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that many of Our citizens have been forced to withdraw from various provinces or colonies and to relocate due to the ongoing coronavirus state of emergency; further noting that a review of Our provinces, colonies and territories is due according to the start of the new academic year and the imminent general election,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
The Province of Serkatia is hereby dissolved, along with all counties and municipalities within that province. All territory formerly belonging to Serkatia is ceded to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The County of Dankia, along with all municipalities within that county, is hereby dissolved, and ceded to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The Province of Corellia is hereby relocated to a new territory which is claimed as sovereign Adammic territory at the residence of Lord Juliano Saunders, Lady Lucy Griffiths et cetera in Bermondsey, London. The territory formerly constituting Corellia is ceded to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The County of Astonia is hereby relocated to new territories at the residence of Sir Patrick Gilbert at Selly Oak in the County of Worcester, which are claimed as sovereign Adammic territory, with the town of Astonville constituting his bedroom, and the barony of Astonia Ulterior constituting the garden of that property. The territories formerly constituting the county of Astonia are ceded to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The Colony of Xanada is hereby relocated to new territory which is claimed as sovereign Adammic territory at the new residence of Lord Oscar Gilmour and Luna Gilmour in Brittany. The territory formerly constituting Xanada is ceded to the French Republic.
The Colony of Llanadda is hereby upgraded to the status of Province, and shall enjoy all of the rights and responsibilities of a Province under the Supreme Directive.
The residence of Lady Sophie Thornton and Lord Billy Thompson, at Sheffield in the County of York, is hereby claimed as sovereign Adammic territory, which shall constitute the new Province of Sheaffia.
It is hereby declared that all Members of the House of Citizens shall be entitled to the post-nominals MP; that all Judges shall be entitled to the style of The Honourable (The Hon.); and that all Ministers, including the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister, shall be entitled to the style of The Right Honourable (The Rt. Hon.).
We hereby instruct the Imperial Institute of History to record that the Second Era of Adammic history lasted from the passing of the Empire of Adammia Act 2017 on the twenty-eighth day of October of that year, until the enactment of this Decree; and that the Third Era of Adammic history shall last indefinitely into the future from the date of the enactment of this Decree, until We or Parliament declare otherwise.
This, the seventy-second Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Earl of Carew, Lord Chancellor, Grand Admiral et cetera, is decreed at County Maternia in the Province of Greater Tytannia, on this the fifth day of September of the two-thousand and twentieth year of the Common Era and the eighth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.

AMENDMENT
Llanadda and Corellia shall constitute the Region of Outer Adammia. Sheaffia shall be part of North Adammia.
