Decree LXXIII Adam I
UPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that further readjustments to our existing provinces are necessary, and that further individuals wish to contribute territory to those provinces,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
The County of Elgaria is hereby relocated to new territory, located at the new residence of Lord Charles Michael in Digbeth in the County of Warwick, which is claimed as sovereign Adammic territory. The land formerly comprising Elgaria is ceded to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The municipalities of Elgarville and Elgaria Ulterior are hereby dissolved.
The County of Astonia is hereby renamed to South Astonia. The County of North Astonia is hereby created, as part of the Province of Metchlia, at new territory, located at the residence of James Green in Selly Oak in the County of Worcester, which is claimed as sovereign Adammic territory.
This, the seventy-third Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Earl of Carew, Lord Chancellor, Grand Admiral et cetera, is decreed at County Maternia in the Province of Greater Tytannia, on this the twenty-fifth day of September of the two-thousand and twentieth year of the Common Era and the eighth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
