Decree LXVI Adam I
UPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that further expansion of provincial and colonial territories would at this time be prudent,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
The term-time residence of Lord Sir Alexander Helliker is hereby claimed as territory of the Empire of Adammia, and shall constitute the County of Serkatia Nova, and shall be part of the Province of Serkatia. The territory which formerly comprised the entirety of Serkatia shall now constitute the County of Serkatia Vetera.
The residence of Sir Oscar Gilmour is hereby claimed as territory of the Empire of Adammia, and shall constitute the Colony of Xanada. We appoint Sir Oscar Gilmour as Governor of the said Colony, for which he shall hold the style of Lord, and declare that these shall be held by he and his descendents for all time to come until We the occupant of this Office declare otherwise.
This, the sixty-sixth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Earl of Carew, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor, Grand Admiral et cetera, is decreed at Varwall in the Province of Serkatia, on this the nineteenth day of September of the two-thousand and nineteenth year of the Common Era and the seventh year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
