UPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that, following local elections, it would be prudent to appoint new Dukes and Duchesses so as to re-balance the distribution of seats on the Ruling Council, and further to appoint nobles to various new subdivisions,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
Lucy Griffiths is hereby appointed Duchess of Corellia. Billy Thompson is hereby appointed Duke of Metchlia. Lady Hermione Peace is hereby appointed Countess of Dankia. Sir Charles Michael is hereby appointed Count of Elgaria. Lord Juliano Saunders is hereby appointed Count of Astonia. Lady Anna Worthington is hereby appointed Countess of Serkatia Nova. Sir Edward Hilton is hereby appointed Count of Serkatia Vetera. It is hereby confirmed that Lord Callum Gurr remains the landed noble for Dankia Ulterior and shall hold in this capacity the title of Baron. Colonel Sir Asher Bond is hereby appointed Baron of Elgaria Ulterior. General Sir Alexander Read is hereby appointed Lord Mayor of Varwall.
This, the sixty-seventh Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Earl of Carew, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor, Grand Admiral et cetera, is decreed at Maternia in the Province of Greater Tytannia, on this the twenty-first day of September of the two-thousand and nineteenth year of the Common Era and the seventh year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
