NobilityUPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that there are several members of the Ruling Council who will soon no longer be able to attend the Council, and further that there are individuals interested in joining the Ruling Council;
BE IT DECREED as follows:
We hereby declare that Sir Sam Maude of Cheadle shall be appointed as Duke of Serkatia. We further declare that Madam Hermione Peace of Wimbledon shall be appointed as Duchess of Greater Tytannia.
This, the fifty-eighth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor of State, Grand Admiral etcetera, is decreed at the Province of Serkatia, on this the sixth day of June, two-thousand and eighteenth year of the Common Era and the sixth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
