Decree LIX

UPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that Our first visit to the island of Malta should be commemorated,
BE IT DECREED as follows:

The Empire of Adammia hereby recognises:

• The Republic of Malta;
• The Sovereign Military Order of Malta;
• The Kingdom of Talossa; and
• The Herbatrean Federation

as sovereign states.

This, the fifty-ninth Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Duke of Deira, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor, Grand Admiral et cetera, is decreed at Qawra in the Republic of Malta this the eighth day of July of the 2018th year of the Common Era and the 6th year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
