PaterniaUPON OUR IMPERIAL MAJESTY'S SOVEREIGN COMMAND,
NOTING that the residents of a particular household in Selly Oak in the County of Worcester have expressed their desire to join the Empire of Adammia,
BE IT DECREED as follows:
The Empire of Adammia hereby claims as territory the term-time residence of the Admiral of Our First Imperial Fleet, Emily Simpson. This territory shall form a Colony known as Paternia. We hereby appoint Admiral Emily Simpson as the Governor of this Colony on a provisional basis.
This, the fifty-second Imperial Decree of Our Imperial Majesty Adam the First, Emperor of Adammia, Count of Penmine and Spildcastle, Lord Chancellor of State, Grand Admiral etcetera, is decreed at South Alluria on this the twenty-seventh day of October, two-thousand and seventeenth year of the Common Era and the fifth year of Our reign, and is signed into immediate effect.
