Decree I
I, Emperor of Adammia, do hereby form the Military of Adammia, of which I hold the position of commander-in-chief, and with it the Adammic Army. This armed force is charged with protecting and defending the borders of the Empire, and to assert control over our claims. A rank in the armed forces can be filled by any full citizen or Emperor, starting at the basic rank of Private. The army is structured according to NATO APP-6A military organisation, with smaller troop numbers.
Of the utmost importance in affairs of the Military is that lethal force shall never be used under any circumstances, except for genuine life-or-death situations. Default armament is plastic swords or Nerf guns, and fake guns for training. The military shall not be used to invade any macronation or micronation, as the Office of the Emperor expresses its concern that the Empire must always display peaceful intentions.
