Decree IX
This Imperial Decree hereby enables the State to assume ownership over the YouTube channel “ABanimationLtd”.
As the channel ABanimationLtd was created by Adam Belcher on the 12th of January 2012, who is now His Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam I, the Emperor hereby gives his consent, as owner of ABanimationLtd and as the head of the Office of the Emperor and Head of State of the Empire of Adammia, to transfer ownership of ABanimationLtd to the Empire of Adammia. The Emperor shall remain the sole administrator and content producer of ABanimationLtd unless he and he alone decrees otherwise.
As per the agreement signed on the 2nd of August 2013 by Imperator Pater Kevin Belcher, Duke of the Adammic Imperial Province on behalf of His Imperial Majesty who is underage to sign macronational legal documents, and Maker Studios RPM Network of Los Angeles, California, United States of America, advertising revenue from ABanimationLtd shall be paid to the owner of ABanimationLtd. At the present time, the payment system has not been set up, but this Imperial Decree declares that when Maker Studios allows this process to begin, payments shall be directed to Kevin Belcher, who shall then forward an amount of the payment to the charity Child's Play through the YouTube show Far Lands or Bust ran by Kurtjmac. The percentage of this payment is determined executively by the administrator of ABanimationLtd at his discretion. The remainder of the payment shall, as the State shall own the channel, be sent directly to the Treasury of Adammia. This system shall be enforced by the Local Government of the Adammic Imperial Province.
