Cloe de Sancratosia (Cloe Romana Maria de Sancratosia; born 1 March 1992) also known as Princess Cloe is the Sovereign Princess of the Principality of Sancratosia.

Born Chloé Fortin Côté, she adopted a Lingua Franca Nova name for her rule in Sancratosia. She came out as a transgender woman on 15 July 2015.

Dear people of Sancratosia,

Together we have decided to declare our sovereignty and independence. This act of auto-determination inscribes the date of the 1st of December 2021 in history. At present we only respond to the authority of our own governance, our own leaders and our own Constitution.
United by the same ideals and values, the people of Sancratosia can rely on me to defend our Constitution and our laws, our rights and our freedoms and to represent the Principality of Sancratosia in the world.

To the people, I affirm that I will accomplish the duties of Sovereign Princess with humility and honesty and that I will defend the Principality of Sancratosia, its Constitution and its laws.

To the leaders of every states of the world, I demand that you receive our young nation among you and that we establish relations founded on mutual respect and having for objective the international collaboration.
