Act 51
This Act of Council hereby appropriates the following spending from His Majesty’s Imperial Treasury for the 2018-2019 financial year in accordance with the Public Finance Act 2016 as a Budget.
Section 1 – Revenue
- a) Per the Public Finance Act 2018, there shall be a single level of Contributions Scheme payments of £3 per year. This Act calls for all active members to opt in to the Contributions Scheme, though it does not force them to do so.
- b) The Sovereign Grant provided by His Imperial Majesty the Emperor shall be set at a maximum of £90.
Section 2 – Expenditure
- a) The Ministry of National Development is authorised to spend up to £20 on patriotic artifacts, which may include but is not limited to: pins, identification cards, pens, badges and stickers.
- b) The Ministry of Citizenship and Information is authorised to spend up to £10 on improvements to the empireofadammia.org.uk national website.
- c) The Ministry of National Development is authorised to spend up to £15 to set up a Cultural Patriot Fund, which shall be offered to citizens for the purposes of creating new cultural projects, including but not limited to artwork and music.
- d) The Cabinet Office is authorised to spend up to £5 on stationery, including but not limited to A4 plastic wallets.
- e) The Ministry of Finance is authorised to spend as much money as necessary to nationalise Capital Brewery Ltd., which shall become a government-owned company under the Ministry of Finance.
- f) The Ministry of Finance is authorised to spend up to £50 on shares in Adammic Investment Ltd.
- g) The Ministry of Finance is authorised to spend up to £40 to provide start-up equity to new Adammic private companies, which shall be split into two packages of £20 each.
- h) For organisational purposes, His Majesty's Imperial Treasury shall oversee a Sovereign Wealth Fund, which may include but is not limited to shares in Capital Brewery Ltd., Adammic Investment Ltd. and other Adammic companies.
